I told you about the Chicago hot dog with tomato, dark green relish, diced onion, small peppers, a slice of kosher picke, sprinkled with celery salt on a poppy seed bun. Then, a huge bunch of greasy freshly cut thin fries piled on the side. Ketchup for the fries, NEVER on the hot dog. Gosh…I miss these back in Texas.
