Thursday nights at the Lone Star VFW has become the highlight of my busy week. Thursday nights, there’s laughter and music and dancing and singing and drinking and snacking and friendship. (MY drinking is a Coke, sometimes I splurge and have two.) 

When life gets tough, you get by with a little help from your friends. When life is good, you share a little joy with your friends. Life is good.
