Montage Monday:) A Week in a Quarantined Peek

4 May

“What lies behind you and what lies in front of you pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.”

~Ralph Waldo Emerson

*********************

My days are melting into one big blob of melted marshmallow mushy memories. How do you like that for alliteration? It’s not like I feel that I have no purpose, it’s just I can’t remember what purpose that was. Hmm?

I started writing this post, and I was researching some great quotes, like the one above, when I got distracted on my Google page with headlines. So, like a dog distracted by a squirrel, I started looking at nonsense news headlines, and how to take inches off your waistline by drinking this every morning. (You know what I’m talking about, don’t you?) Then, I told myself to step away. Maybe go upstairs and work on my endless task of organizing my “crap room.” So, I turned off my iPad and started to get my lazy butt off the couch when I remembered… “Oh yah! I was looking up quotes so I could post my Montage Monday blog for today.” I had forgotten what I was doing. Mush… I tell you! My brain is turning to mush!

So, here’s a week in a melted marshmallow mushy memories peek…

Before I forget again….

It’s also May 4th… SO… May the 4th Be With You! (And with your spirit… a little Catholic humor,)

The 4th helped me get the lawn mowed! It’s a powerful force. Adorable photos of your granddaughter. 🙂

Thanks. The older one, 3 1/2 looks SO much like my sweet mother who passed away two years ago. It’s such a blessing and tribute.

Your brain is turning to mush, eh? I think mine was already there, but my problem is – I have more time, but I’m still behind schedule. Now tell me – just how the heck is THAT possible?!!

One step forward, two steps back. I’m experienced with that.
