I’ve been having some weird dreams lately, so last night I listened to some Catholic affirmations before bed, and concentrated on happy thoughts. I woke up with this weird but nice dream. In my dream, I emailed my sister and said, “ Let’s go on a 5 day Fulmination fast. No negativity, no bad mouthing, no trials and tribulations, only positive happy talks, texts and emails.” So when I told her about it when we talked on the phone this morning, she thought it was a great idea. So, we started today.. Won’t you join us?

It seems like the 5 Day Challenge is a very popular theme. I just got done doing the Tony Robbins 5 Day Breakthrough Challenge, and it was very insightful. I’m not 100%gung-ho on the jumping up and down and screaming in your living room aspect, but I did a little of that. 🤦♀️ I’ve done a 5 Day Writing Workshop Challenge. And back in the day, I remember doing the 5 Day Mayo Clinic Diet.
5 days seems to be a good number to start. Not too many days to discourage and not too few to not encourage.
Maybe you’d like to join the challenge and invite a friend or family member. Let’s stomp out negativity right at the source. US, YOU and ME.
