I always get inspired by the many quotes and words of wisdom that my Facebook friends share. Hopefully, they will inspire you too.

I think my favorite one of these is …”Just because you had some bad chapters in your life doesn’t mean the story can’t end well. Turn the page and never look back.”

Now, let’s see… a few quotes from my Day Two of my Tony Robbins Breakthrough Challenge.

“Focus equals feeling.” ~ So, What you focus on the most is how you’re going to feel.

“Meaning equals emotions.” Your language creates meaning. So how you talk and act sets you up for how you’re going to feel and how others perceive you.

“Virtuous cycle instead of vicious cycle.” Use your life for the betterment of mankind and you live a better life. It all comes back to reward you.
